One thing that catches my heart in this vlog is because of the TINAPAYAN (fermented fish) which is the specialty of my late grandmother 😥 It always reminds me of her. We also call this fish “Haluwan/Haluan” It tastes good when cooked as adobo with lots of green chili (siling kulikot) or even just fried crisp or grilled 😍 Super love this. I always ask my dad to cook this whenever I go home.
