It looks delicious! I bet I can catch a lots more crawdads with my crawdad traps. I would have used extra virgin olive oil instead of corn oil, Himalayan salt instead of table salt, and MSG instead of Knorr mixed to stir fry it for healthier options. Oh, how did your husband do with his OMAD?

@@chhunlydailylife If you want to catch more of it with less time and effort, you can buy some crawdad traps. Place some liver pieces inside the traps and drop it to the bottom of the river and bring it up after half an hour to 1 hour. You'll catch a lot more crawdads with less effort and time using the traps. Oh, OMAD stand for one meal a day. In another video, you said your husband doesn't feel well and he wants to try OMAD to stay healthy... 😃

@@chhunlydailylife Remember, I said; it'll take 3 to 4 days for his body to adjust to OMAD and some people may take longer. After his body adjusted to OMAD routine, it will become his normal eating habits and he will not feel hungry or sluggish after that. I been on OMAD forever now, and I feel much better than eating 3 times a day. When my wife first started, she felt very bad but after her body adjusted to it she felt normal. If your husband can tough it up, he'll feel better and it will make him a tough minded person too... 😃

Do you mean Patterson, California. I believe the river is San Joaquin River, and I used to catch crawdad there in the 80's... 😃
