I tune the guitar to a D chord DADF#AD Verse: Barre 9/5/7 "Sure is somethin when we all catch fire" /bridge is 9/7/5 Chorus: 5/7/9/7/5 I just played around with barre chords. Only barre the bottom 3 strings though and the top strings will ring nicely. It's probably weird I know lol I'm a Cello player though and am just figuring out guitar. Hope this helps!

Think I got the chords you're playing down, but can't figure out the little accents you do. Intro chords: C# (on the 4th fret), A, B Bridge chords: B, A, C# (4th), B Chorus chords: A, B, C# (4th), B These are just the chords I heard, not sure about the picked notes at 1:20. Am I fairly close?

First chord in the verse is 9 fret with a 4/3 fingering on the 3rd string then it drops to 5 fret then 7 before repeating. Chorus (I hope this makes sense lol) 5 fret - stay with me I'll show you para 7 fret - dise, It 9- feels so 7- right 5- give me that peice of 7- mind

its a simple three step pattern. you can literally do this with any periphery song. try it. not the right key but example. Em D C verses C D EM chorus's. try it it'll freak you out, almost any perophery song will work

Thanks man! I honestly just have the 09 version of GarageBand on my old MacBook. I use a blue spark condenser microphone with a basic interface. ive found a little bit of reverb and layering tracks goes a long way.

You could avoid that tuning by just playing Dbm7/Dbm7sus2 (X46454/X46444), B (X2444X), and A/A7/Asus2 (X02220/X02120/X02200). That's what I use when I play Catch Fire (just swapping out the suspended and seven versions of the chords for each other as it feels appropriate) and it doesn't sound too different from this, though my voice can't compare :p
