So I got hold of a sweet paddleboard and floated about 3 miles of my local river in search for trout and crawfish! It was painfully slow fishing the first few hours but the evening bite picked up. There was one problem...I could not land these little monsters to save my life! I did manage to swipe a few crawfish at the end of the day and had since I did not have enough food to cook a large meal, I hit the local Chick-fil-A to make the first ever Chick-fil-A Trout Sandwich. I think I'm gonna open my own restaurant -- Trout-fil-A!
