Dude, Frank's strats were off the charts in this one. Stealing the Lagging Tail on purpose to give it to another one of Vinny's Mons. Making the most of a status-only Swoobat by using it to pass off Nasty Plots to a 0 IV/EV Mon. Knowing that Vinny was coming in with a Contrary Superpower Malamar so he came ready with Topsy Turvy. Amazing.
