The Tomorrow's Shore EP was recorded with Erol Alkan, the legendary DJ, producer and remixer who produced the band's latest album, Weather Diaries.

" “Catch You Dreaming” is written from the perspective of being one of the last two people alive, watching as the Universe is ending. The protagonist looks back over the time when humanity existed, realising that we as humans brought about our own inevitable demise. Then the couple look back over their own lives of shared memories and as they are sharing this moment, everything vaporises. It’s a love song about fate, nostalgia, and having no regrets.
" The song itself was intended to be a part of “Weather Diaries”, and recording started during the sessions in Autumn 2016. But we never managed to record a definitive version at the time and decided to come back to it later as part of a follow up EP, which is now finished, and titled “Tomorrow’s Shore”. The EP was made with an identical process to “Weather Diaries” and we see it as very much tied to the album. "

When I first listened to this song - 2 years ago, Driving around on a cool evening with the windows down, the air balmy after a hot, humid day. Even rushing past me faster than I could run, everything is still so calm. We can never find these quiet moments unless we look for them.

What, you were listening to the albums back to back like the little cute (post 80's born I'm assuming) millenial you are and got weeewy upset when one of their albums wasn't a copy pasta of the previous ones? Band owes you fucking nothing mate, and they can't make Nowhere or Going Blank 2, because that wouldn't work. When an idea is cashed, it's spent. You can't make a song like Leave Them All Behind and then not just tread all over it trying to sound like it, you fucking idiot. You just end up with a watered down "rehash" you would complain about anyway. You literally have to leave it all behind and move on. Which is what they're doing. And hey, guess what! That old album is still there! It didn't fucking go anywhere. If you like it, go listen to it mate. I for one really fucking love the sound of Andy and Mark harmonizing vocals, so it doesn't matter what the fuck genre they do as long as they sing nicely together. This song is great, not meant to take you on a fucking journey through the valley of feels r be some king hit song. They put it out as cool little track for free to listen to here on youtube. It's just a song. A chilled out one. With keyboards. Don't be scared of them.
