Chris Archer!! One of the friendliest guys in the majors. I remember 5 years ago in boston I had seats by the Rays dugout. I was 11 years old. He tossed one up for me then later in the game proceeded to have staring contests with me. I played rock paper scissors with him! A moment i’ll always remember!

No doubt! It's like its a crack addiction to him. Why jump in front of a little kid to snag a ball, then turn around and give it to him? Let the kid catch it! I showed one of these videos to a guy at work and asked if he's ever seen this guy, and he said, "Oh, you mean the ball hog?"

Idk maybe because he’s polite and respectful. Calls them by their name and ask politely. You are most likely going to get a player’s attention by asking, making noise, or waving arms. If you just stand their with a glove in your hand the players probably won’t throw up a ball.
