Couple ideas for future. 1. Parking lot cameras so you can go back and get plate numbers. 2. An idea called a "push aisle", this is a spot in the store that seems like a blind spot with no cameras so thieves will use it, but actually there are hidden cameras there. Most retail doesn't use this bc they're based on deterrence, not apprehensions, but as word gets out that your store is a hard target from all the caught thieves it will generate deterrence secondarily.

shoplifters suck. i used to shoplift when i was a kid, and i’m not proud of it. but i can at least say that i never ever stole anything from a small business or mom and pop store.
