Great Video guys! Little advice for your wife...Flounder have boney mouths and it's essential to set the hook like your trying to break your rod. Kinda like those bass fisherman on tv ,set the hell out of that hook, keep that rod tip up and begin a lifetime of not loosing as many fish.I guarantee she will see the diffrence. Tight lines!

Thanks . Absolutely right if you feel that nice thump . Set that hook, but sometimes flounder grab the tail and hold so when you just feel weight like a crab you must give a few seconds till the flounder to get a mouth full. Than you yank that guy. Thanks Vic for watching and Tight lines

No actually found some cracks in my Bigwater in the some scuppers under the seat and Oldtown is sending me a New one. Infact gonna pick it up this week. This is my backup yak I got for my kids

amzn.to/3zonaGY It's Boomerang. I've tried so many different kinds and it's bt far the best. Been using sane pair for a while . Cuts through braid like butter. If it ever sticks, open it up a put so lube on it good to go. Thanks for the comment.

Is that a 132 pdl I want to get one, but have to wait til end of year. Are they stable enough? Would you get the PA14 over the pdl 132 or vice versa? Thanks and love your videos.

The teal one in the intro is my PDL132 and the grey one In the video is my backup yak. Live my bigwater. Now I've seen the PA alot too. For the type of fishing I do which involves paddling alot in shallow water and even pushing through mud I would choose the pdl. And having it for a few years now dealing with the weight I think the PA is heavier. Although the PA is really stable if you plan to walk around on it. And you would need to trailer the PA. Imo I like the Bigwater

It does get pricey. You can cruise on the 132 with minimal effort at about 3-3.5 mph . Like I said depend on how or where you fish. .I think at some point down the road I may add a motor but your right it gets pricey.
