That is a possum and raccoon! They are not cats! Since they are out during the day they are probably rabid! Do not let them bite or claw you. If they do, race to your nearest hospital fast!

@@xBigWhiteChickenx if a raccoon is out during the day, they are most likely rabid! They don’t have to growl or foam from the mouth. They can look normal, but still be rabid! Trust me! I’ve dealt with hundreds of them in my lifetime. They used to steal my food from my garden. I use the turn them into straw hats method!
