Catching BASS with TURTLE Baits

Trying out these new Turtle swim baits by @doomzdna in the lake for sunrise on the skiff. I've never used swim baits like this before so I was surprised to find out they work so well!! I had no idea turtles are a natural enemy of bass since turtles will eat their eggs, so a natural reaction to baby turtles is to eat them!

Never knew that about bass and turtles, but by the way the lure was getting hit it obviously works. Also, pretty cool when your cast was caught coming right at your bestie, unique perspective!

They slay. I been fishing them sense they came out from Doomsday Tackle. Before it was doomzdna. Putting a weighted hook you can swim them on topwater and on the drop it drops like a floating turtle. 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Pumpkin and watermelon worked very well here in AZ. Glad to have stumbled on this video. I saw a huge female destroy a small real turtle on the top water and I thought I wonder if they make a soft bait version. Your video shows how great they look and I love that color. I am definitely buying a pouch of the them.

That baby turtle resembles a frog. Frogs, lizards, and crawdads are a Bass worst nightmare. All three try to eat there eggs when they are spawning

🙋 Hi there hope everyone is having a great holiday here. I was wondering have you ever used those lunkerhunt phantom spider lures. I seen them all the time when I go to Cabela's or Dick's sporting goods stores but never bought one myself. The reason why I don't use them is because the reason is this, where I live all we have is a small stream and there's nothing but trout in there and that's it. I I will say those turtles that you're using looks totally amazing. Great video

That’s what Iv heard!! Haven’t tried them in salt water yet myself, but I was also recommended to cut off head & tail to have it resemble a crab 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ worth a try!
