Saltwater lady fish tend to bust the top of the water when they are feeding on schools of bait. That's how I located these gigantic ladies along the shoreline. I had stopped in this spot after fishing at a local bridge for snook. I pulled up in my car and saw the water turbulence from the feeding frenzy. I quickly grabbed my gear and started running. I still had my headlamp on from my early morning snook adventure, of which was unsuccessful.
This is the second video I've posted of catching fish one after the other. When fish are traveling in schools, catching is easy and fun. I tend to think any outing where the action is continuous for an hour as being epic. Yes, to me this was an epic fishing adventure. It's something that doesn't happen every day.
The lure I was fishing with is a lipped minnow bait called a Yo-Zuri. It looks very much like a greenback shiner. I made reference to how big the lady fish were I was catching several times in the video. I got home and realized I was fishing with a good sized lure, perhaps that kept some of the smaller ones from biting.
Here are a few of the things I used in this video:

I hope you will consider subscribing to my channel. I upload videos every two to three days. Right now I am focused on saltwater fishing, but soon I'll be posting videos of freshwater bass fishing. Thanks for watching, thumbs up and comments are greatly appreciated.
If you are wondering why there wasn't much of a rod bend as I was reeling in these lady fish and small grouper, I was fishing with oversize gear during this adventure. As previously mentioned, I'd been snook fishing earlier.
