Hi Rocky, I also just got a CTS rod rated for 6-10lb. Haven’t caught a king salmon on it yet but a little worried it’s a bit light. Was wondering what line rating ur rod and leader was?

@@ontarioanglers How are you able to keep the hook off the bottom even with the long ass leaders? Been using 4-5' leaders in around 3-4' of water, but seems like more often than not it's hitting bottom and/or going under the fish? No weight past the swivel either.
