You and your wife make such a good team!❤👍 I think I've watched this about 5 times or more haha.😅 I can't get over how big all your catches were.😎🎣 Seriously i need you two next to me while I fish as good luck charms haha. I think that's how my family and I caught all the trout last time haha.

Have you tried fishing for the catfish in here with shad? I always see the cormorants picking off some bigger looking shad
@anglerslifestyle43215 жыл бұрын
Yes but have not shad at all, only baby bass and carp. I've used carp and have caught catfish with it. Thanks for watching.

Free tip - Get a meshed laundry bag. Tie a stringer to it so you can toss it in the water. It will keep the fish alive and fresh while protecting them from predators.

I've seen anglers use this at the lake. It works well. Thanks for watching.

I have gone here so many times and always get my limit but never seen the trout that big . Always small ones when I go .

Before pandemic, fishing in the city drops these bigger fish for the kids to catch. We then come and fish for the left overs. Thanks for watching.

Yes, it's large enough to double as a landing pad so fish don't get too bruised. Thanks for watching.

This was Monday and fish was finicky too but we tried to stay ahead. Thanks for watching.

Been out there for a whole weekend without a single bite. Am I doing something wrong? Currently running a Carolina rig with a 24" leader with powerbait (orange and cheese)
@anglerslifestyle43216 жыл бұрын
My wife caught a couple on the bubble technique. There's only a few fish left at the lake and most of them are probably deep and hiding. I was rigged for catfish but no bites either. Anglers today got skunked as well. Don't fret. I got skunked today too.

OK... I feel less bad now. Any idea if there will be another plant soon? Or is it too warm to plant more?
@anglerslifestyle43216 жыл бұрын
Looks like there's a trout plant scheduled this week but it might be catfish already.

What is the best time to fish at Sandy Wool
@anglerslifestyle43215 жыл бұрын
As long as there are recently planted fish, anytime is a good time to fish Sandy Wool. It's open at 8:00am and closes at sundown. Thanks for watching.
