Some cracking Cod there mate, great to watch. A SIB is on my wish list that’s for sure!! Couldn’t really get away with all the paddling and the general effort of a Kayak so I got rid. I love the idea of just blasting from one mark to the next and not having to paddle for half an hour every half hour to reset a drift. SIB/RIB is the way forward. Subscribed 👍👍🎣

Thanks mate! I was the exact same, I sold my kayak and bought a sib instead. They’re similar in price but then you have the cost of the engine too.. but the outboards do hold their value well

Thanks! There’s a few beaches near by which I’ve used. If you go when it’s quiet you can launch at milsey bay, fairly close to the car too.

Cheers mate! This is an Excel Volante 290 which is a sib, basically a heavy duty dinghy that fits in the boot on your car. I’ve got a 6hp Mercury on it which is plenty for that size of boat. Great fun and pretty affordable for what you get! You can get them from excel-leisure.co.uk but there’s normally some good brands second hand on Facebook like excel and Honwave

why not use your sib, some fantastic cod and pollock fishing close in. one of my favourite marks on my sib.
