@@CurseMonstr Nonsense. So how come when I worked there and wore jeans on Fridays to work I always felt uncomfortably hot, I also always wore short sleeved shirts for work unlike the locals. In fact when I turned up on one construction site I had to wear a long sleeved shirt on top of my own shirt for health and safety reasons. Thought I was going to pass out I was that hot...

Random question, but in Australia, why do you guys use feet to measure crocs instead of meter?
@callanmurphy98073 жыл бұрын
Yeh look, uhh I actually have no idea why some people do that haha we typically don't go by feet, usually metres but smaller measurements will go off millimetres or mm for short.
@slatibaadfast3 жыл бұрын
The same reason that babies when born are weighed pounds/ounces. Just a habit. Though young townies in Oz will mention a croc in meters if it's listed because they have no idea of the imperial system of measurement.

Off-Topic: The thing I don't get with Great Northern is that they originated in Cairns in the 20s, then disappeared. CUB bought the brand in the 30s and resurrected the name in 2010 and started brewing it...in Yatala, south of Brisbane. And it's also brewed in Victoria. Beer geeks will recognise the Marlin from the old Cairns Draught brand that was around when Cairns actually had a large commercial brewery. Another bit of trivia...from anecdotal evidence, Coopers is a far more popular beer in the north than Great Northern. VB is right up there too...and XXXX Gold because it's cheap. A testament to Coopers popularity in the Far North is that it is available on-tap in Cooktown.

So Awesome 😎 and Anyone who See's this message you are so valuable and special to Jesus, he died for your sins so that they can be forgiven ,come to him as you are doesn't matter how broken you think you are , he loves you so unconditionally , no matter where you've been and he knows you personally doesn't matter what you done he'll forgive and wait for you to come to him so he can give you rest no joke he loves you so much! And also ,I was spiritually dead wanted to die didn’t care about life ,I went through so much in life physically and mentally that my feeling became num in a way and I started seeking God and He found me he revealed stuff to me and why I had to go through certain stuff in my life, only to bear more fruit in my life ,I’m not telling people about Jesus because some pastor told me to or something else I’m telling people because He gives a peace that surpasses understanding 😔👍
