Fantastic session. Well done for not ignoring your recovery, and taking the time to heal. Won’t be long before you’re slinging the rods again. Didn’t realise you’re a T23 rating. Me too! Brought Marlborough and Richmond out of build. Those were the days. Tight lines👌

Fabulous bit of fishing Wayne! I cannot help feeling just a tiny bit envious when I saw all those large Whiting coming in two at a time as they one of my favourite eating fish. I fish the North Yorkshire coast mainly round the Whitby area and in my many years of fishing I can only recall catching, maybe three or four Whiting that would touch a pound and a half, so after watching that fantastic video I felt like loading up the car till I had a reality check! Get real son!

Reminds me of when I used to fish out of Newhaven and Brighton on the wrecks. Lovely 2lb+ Whiting, which made a good meal if the cod didn’t want to play. Mind you, that was back in the early 80's. No Whiting here in the Pacific Northwest or cod. I miss the different seasons and species of fish. Salmon, tuna, halibut, and big lingcod do put a bend in your rod, though. Wayne, do you post your gear to America?
@TheShoreHunter3 күн бұрын
Lucky you mate. Sounds amazing, if you ever need a fishing partner haha, and yes we do send to American, check out the website www.theshorehunter.com

I fish and had to pay for a hook removing from my dogs face, it got washed up in a storm. But nowadays I prefer not to have baited traces out as someone's dog will always try and get a free feed.

Nice video but... I'd say it's more down to u to keep hooks away from the dog than the dog keeping away from it, bit sarcastic to that woman wasn't he, be careful what area u do that in
@TheShoreHunter2 күн бұрын
Absolutely not, well we always make sure we leave no hooks on the floor with bait. What you didn't see was that dog pissed on our stuff and ate some squid off our box. Stewart wasn't being off at all. Just saying, please keep your dog away from our bait station.. we had 100s of dogs come up to us. This was the only one off the lead. Are you a dog Karen mate.
