Catching Roaming Crappie in the Fall

Slab Nation! I would like to thank you for watching another episode of Slabs On Deck TV. This episode started off fairly well until my trolling motor died and it was all my fault. I stretched my lithium batteries to thin and that was actually my fourth trip on a single charge. I won’t be doing that again. Anyway, as usual I’m using my ACC Crappie Stix rods (acccrappiestix...) and Brushpile Jigs baits (www.brushpilej...) to haul these crappie in. Great video on open water fishing. Regarding bait fish identification. Most times, baitfish will clump together when predators are near to attempt to look like a bigger entity in the water. Most times, they look a ball on the graph. Good stuff, brother.
