Socks are good luck I see. What’s the rod and reel? Just getting into bait casters. It looks sweet
@Orange22Fishing2 жыл бұрын
Had to go back to the socks after the PB the other day haha. The rod and reel is an Abu Garcia Zata. I’ve had it since last year, and it’s been really good for me. Highly recommend it.

Nice job brother nothing more fun then that !!!! And 6 fish in a hour I have been snakehead fishing for about 3 years and I am hard pressed to even get 2 in an hour lol those charmers and vipers hands down are where it’s at specially in those conditions great video as always 👍

Make sure you give it a minute or so and throw back to the fryball after you catch one off it. Doesn't always work but sometimes you can get both parents to bite.

6 snakes in 1 hour?! I hope the video ends there because the bite shut down and not because there's an epic part 2 coming...I say green with envy.
@Orange22Fishing2 жыл бұрын
Wasn’t really that the bite shut down, but there was about 6 of us out there and I think we fished every fry ball in that place 😂 ran out of real estate more than anything. No epic part two unfortunately haha
@jessealt54152 жыл бұрын
@@Orange22Fishing Oh yeah, that makes perfect sense. I wonder how long a snake's memory is because I never get a 2nd strike off a fry ball if one shakes the hook or even if I hook one parent where 2 are visably there. Even if they are not spooked they don't seem to strike twice off a fry ball even if I return hours later.
@Orange22Fishing2 жыл бұрын
@@jessealt5415 I’ve often wondered the same thing. I’ve had the same experience as you though, never caught 2 off the same fry ball. Catching the first one really seems to put the other one on edge.
@dhooter Жыл бұрын
The pic I sent you today it took multiple casts with a spinner bait to get a bite. I saw dozens of fry balls only one bite. The intelligence of these fish is quite concerning. They learn fast.
