I love seeing your channel starting to incorporate the family lifestyle. The way you treat those kids as your own and leting them and blue Gabe in your vids is heartwarming. Love these vacation videos, Kelly. The remind me of being a little kid back in the late 60's and early 70's. My Mom had an electric Wok like the one you were using in your video, she made a similar dish using shrimp and chopped up pork tenderloin that she had roasted and basted with Hoisin sauce. In the wok she mixed the meat with mushrooms and snow peas, water chestnuts, broccoli etc. then the rice and egg. However instead of soy sauce to finish she used oyster sauce mixed with corn starch and a wee bit of rice vinegar. It had everything fried rice needed and tasted every bit as good as the take out rice from a restaurant! Hope you guys are having a blast down there, looking forward to your next video!!
