I am a Millwright with five service trucks at 120 k a piece with another 50k in tools. I put a kill switch from the fuel pump relay to an undisclosed location in the truck. The drug problem cost me all most double for a service body because I have to buy the most expensive ones on the market to keep the crackheads out. I live in a city of only 100k in central Alberta, Canada. I couldn’t imagine what guys go through in the big cities in the states.

Many years ago, I needed a laptop case/bag for my laptop PC. One day I found a laptop bag on a rubbish pile out the front of some apartments. So I grabbed it and took it home. When I got home I went through all the pockets to clear out any crap like old receipts, pens pencils whatever and I found a Genuine Rolex Explorer. Years before that I found a 300-watt Marantz Hifi Reciever/Amp with 2 Speaker boxes. in each speaker box were two 12" Subwoofers a 6" inch Mid and triple tweeters. I stopped next to the trash pile and the owner of the property it was outside of came out and I said "I can't believe you are throwing these out" The property owner said "Yes, they used to belong to my son and he's a bad boy and so I am throwing them out" So I gladly took them off his hands. I also once found a pair of Beyer Dynamic Headphones worth around $500 Australian dollars (-25% for USD approx) I have found so many cool things in Hard rubbish removal (where people dump their crap out front and the local council picks it up) I can actually genuinely believe that it's possible to have found a Milwaukee and Makita Power tools. People throw away things that you would never imagine they would. I have never stolen in my life (just in case you are thinking that I did). Others might think it's impossible, but I swear on my late mother's should that I have genuinely and legally found some amazing stuff. Usually it's just junk, but if you are persistent, you eventually come across some real gems.
