I hope you feel well again soon! I've heared it's freezing in Canada.. I tought it was cold here and I don't want to leave the house, but it must be so much colder there! Hope you stay warm. The food looks amazing btw. I've felt kinda weird about the new year, the weeks have been slow and I don't really get much stuff done. But it's the last weeks of the semester and I hope that I can finish everything and do okay!

Go to an Argentinian meat shop if you want good blood sausage...mmm. Most Asian restaurants use MSG in their food as well as in spices even though it isn’t labelled as such.

i didnt know koreans eat blood sausage! i live in northern/eastern europe and it's a thing here. when i was a kid and we had a farm, my dad used to make them and i watched the whole process. it's nastyyyy. people eat them with lingonberry jam or sour cream.

Hotdogs and sausages aren’t made of intestines lol 😂 they are made of trimmings and seasonings and fat from when they cut up steaks and pork and chicken I know people who work in a butchery, Offal is intestines sold separately

Yes but the “casing” used for some hotdogs and sausages is intestine. The filling it just different ☺️
