It's the "notes crammed into the rooms" that appeals so much to me, as opposed to the clean Japanese 7-day + notes planner. The marginalia _become_ the dungeon...

My own dungeon23 project hit a brick wall in about June, briefly picked it up again in October and now I’m just too busy and uninspired it seems. Seeing this video has given me some ideas and maybe checking out the Tome of Adventure Design might help.
