Bank Sea Bass is close to a Black Sea Bass. Usually you catch smaller ones. B-Liners make great fish cakes. Use your favorite crab cake recipe, use fish instead of crab. So good.

Finally I see you cooking with few spices; I cook fish just with a sprig of rosemary and lemon, or I make a paste of breadcrumbs with oil salt garlic (I like garlic very much), lemon, bay leaf, rosemary and put it in the belly of the fish and use it to give a light brush on the body of the fish I watch your videos with interest but not so much to learn something, I don't have a boat and I fish 100% from shore, but because sometimes I find inspiration for building my own spinning lures, and then, for a 67 year old, it makes me dream to have a daughter with the same interests as you and instead I have a daughter who is all desk and aperitifs, 33 years old but looks like she is 70, she is getting married on August 31 here in Italy, but she lives and works in London

Lane over vermillion!!! We have been getting big lanes out of sebastian, largest we've caught is 21inches, getting 3 to 4 person limits!! Absolutely delicious fish!

Super 🆒 video. Bull reds and black drums do the same at the bank when caught from deep water. Have to deflate them with a filllet knife behind fin and push air out because they will float

I love your kitchen! Especially the cabinets! Very nice! Q: Do you typically use orange on fish other than lemon?? The garlic is a must! Haven’t used olive oil before…for me more flavor with butter. Making me jelly now, Winter supply of salmon and rockfish in the freezer is all gone. Need to get out on the big pond for a grocery run, Pacific says NO! Big swell, big wind, even if you had a big enough boat, would be near impossible to fish. Oh, and Spring Chinook are in the river, but the river is so high and muddy....good luck. Then as a sour cherry on top, we had our first smelt opener in nearly 10 years locally, and I had to go to Montana for work. 😪 SOON!!!
