I would highly recommend using someone who specializes in ecommerce, yes. It is way trickier than a plain services business.

Great video, Patti! I very rarely watch a video that last for 18min on such topics, but i watched all the way, it beginning to end :). A2X is the clear winner. I do have one concern: the view by SKU so that we could have separate P&L by SKU. You mentioned alternative methods to achieve that, just wondering if A2X will eventually add that level of granularity. (PS we are using QuickBooks)

Thanks for watching! I don't work for A2X, so I don't know exactly what's on their roadmap, but I'd be a little surprised. You can get that level of detail from cloud inventory systems. But never say never.

@@AcuityEcommerce Thanks Patti; yeah, but as I believe you said in your video, it would be yet another tool to add... On a related topic, it seems Entriwise does provide that level of details in their more pricey plan. Do you have any comments about Entriwse? [PS while I have been very impressed by A2X [potential] customer support responsiveness, Entriwise seemed much less engaging with new leads... i.e, it doesn' t seem they really want your business so badly.... :)

A2X is not a stand alone system. You'll need either Xero or QuickBooks Online to keep track of your accounting because they work together (Xero + A2X or QBO + A2X). I'd also recommend you hook yourself up with an accountant to help guide you.
