ella​​ He does, if you can't here it...then you must have something wrong with you, where you can't tell the difference. You do know there's actually a few variants. Not just two, there's the strong North Walian accent, then there is the slight drop in thickness when you go to mid West or east Wales..and then you have the South Walian accent which is alot weaker than its northern counterpart. Hell, people from Cardiff and Newport in the south of the country pronounce words differently and they are only 13 miles apart.
