ELENA DI RUVO ive been watching this movie over and over since i found this almost a month ago. In fact i downloaded the audiobook of carol in my cp , to know how different it is from the movie. Patricia Highsmith was able to convey the emotions it tries to convey the readers. In fact i kept on listening to it even while travelling, at home going to sleep , basically anywhere. The readers' voice was so soothing. It makes me feel so addicted listening to the audio book and watching the movie at the same time

Arum Wang I've never tried an audiobook, but I prefer to keep reading on an actual book lol. I like to immerse myself in the environment and the descriptions made by the author, I can create my own images. Actually, I read the book after having watched the movie, (as I do like...always😂), so I had the faces of Rooney and Cate in my mind. Yet, it's been a relief to find out that Therese and Carol are almost the same characters as they were depicted in the movie, so it didn't go too differently

ELENA DI RUVO i have to resort to audiobook coz it tires my eyes reading and at the same time its not healthy to read while travelling for 2 hours every week. I choose an audiobook were the reader reads well with emotions. With regards to the price of salt, its the best audiobook ive heard so far. So soothing that i can sleep while listening. Im trying to download another patricia highsmith master piece Deep Water.
