Mind blowing. Not just throw away music, designed to be pleasing for everyone. Beautiful, restrained, unique, delicate, almost jazz, almost lots of things, but totally it’s own thing.

perfect description of this, tbh.

I like her a lot,but I wouldn't go as far as saying that.I mean she is no Liz Fraser or anything.

I quite agree. Seen her live six times now - she's just transporting; psychedelic really.

This is the best ever ... the amazing camera work (the saxaphone player against that twilight shot, Cate inside her red bee keeper guard and concert shots) ... Inspiring to see Cate on guitar adding some new flourishes to her one-of-a-kind riffs... she is a gift, a force on the march amassing an incredible stockpile of work for the ages! This shy, gentle, Welsh farmer girl is cosmic TNT.

Beautifully put. I put her right up there with Bowie, as artists go.

Her Father turned her on to the likes of Pavement, so farmer and his daughter weren't really out of the loop! Lol

This is like an extended piece of wonderful video art - a generous REWARD in itself, to provide this hypnotic, psychedelic promo.

I've come to know her music thanks to St. Vincent, because they collaborated in the All born screaming album. I think that she and the same Annie Clark are the most talented and surprising musicians of these last 10 years

Love that super cool Courtney Barnett has her on bass for "If I don't hear from you tonight" vid. A song that has obvious Cate Le Bon influence.........and all of this reminds me a bit of David Byrne or perhaps Devo even....which is awesome :)
