A huge thank you to Cate Monroe for allowing us to capture a brief snippet of her experience staying at the Imbotero Research Center where she was the first Artist in residence.
Cate has done fantastic sketches, drawings and paintings that brilliantly capture the essence of Imbotero and the surrounding natural environment. She is hopefully one of many future artists who come to Guyana to draw inspiration from our unique and breathtaking landscapes.
Enjoy this brief video and follow REEL Guyana for the eventual release of “Imbotero Research Center: Merging Coastal Communities and Science”
