Mr. VanCleve you are one of my major inspirations to keep training. As someone who has trained for years I fell out of love with Kenpo for a long time. As I came back to start training again I discovered your videos and while I finished training the curriculum as my school taught it. I frequently use your explorations in training with my MMA friends and has been the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. Thank you for your hard work sir. I hope to visit your school someday. Thank you for the comment and I'm glad you like the video. SGM Ed Parker is a true genius and his art is so deep, we can look at if tor a lifetime and not see everything there is to see. If you are going to mimick grappling do it right. Mickey mouse could have escaped that rear hold. The key to those holds is controlling the hips, not the arms and shoulders.
