We drove the whole route a few years ago in our Porsche Macan. I can only begin to think how amazing it would have been in a 7 !? Would definitely have made passing oncoming traffic so much easier in places!
@siebenkurven-jens_mueller_76 ай бұрын
...at least it wouldn't have been that comfortable like with the Porsche. At least once per year I try to get off with the Seven for some days. I enjoyed parts of the Route des Grandes alpes several times and it always was a pleasure. Defenitely one of the best places to drive with any kind of car!

One of the very if not THE best "Seven Trip" videos on KZbin. Certainly the most enjoyable thanks to the image stabilized hand-held camera, the specific shots taken and the quick and perfectly timed edits. Odd for me personally as well as only yesterday I ordered from Moto-Lita a Mark 3 wooden steering wheel for my Caterham 7.
@siebenkurven-jens_mueller_72 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! Much appreciated! I skipped the wooden steering wheel this spring after one season : It looks great but it is very slimline and not too antiskid when hands sweat. Handling of the car is not too easy with it... But only my point of view, hopefully it works better for you!

@@siebenkurven-jens_mueller_7 Thank you for your advice. What would you think of the old traditional "driving gloves" as a possible solution? OR, should I change the order (just placed two days ago on Wednesday!) to the "Extra-Thick Grip" wheel perhaps? That said, I still have my Moto-Lita Mk 4, 11" diameter leather covered one as in your other videos. ---Greetings from San Diego, California.

Always the little roads... Those with the fun factor! It dosnt matter which road you really take in those regions: They are all empty, scenic and just epic! go and get into your car!
