i put a few hours on a 312E. I really liked it. Pattern changer is easy to get to under the floor also

So Ive been following yourself and letsdig for along time now. I do the same thing as yourself for a living. I’m a Forman for a sml excavating outfit in southern Michigan that I’ve been with for 16 years now. We just bought a brand new 325f with the new Trimble system(and the autos is coming soon). The machine is absolutely awesome, she’s so smooth and the cab is so big you can damn near get up and walk around lol. My only complaint is that the hydraulics are so slow, I find myself waiting on the machine and it’s frustrating. At first I thought it was something I was missing but I have it in power mode....I know your very knowledge so my question to you is there anyway that cat can turn the hyd speed up in the machine or is there something I’m missing?? Only had her 3 days now so don’t even have 30 hrs on it yet but if there nothing we can do about speed then I’m gonna be very dissaponted.

Thanks for watching! Yes I would call the dealer. They should be able to "turn the machine up". I know some big company's get them with them turned down so their operators cant beat on them as easily.
