I see you have landed, - I can put my binoculars down now, and enjoy the work. Video up to your excellent standards as usual. So when the Mall starts to look a bit 'dated' they knock it down and build another one, - must be a prosperous company to do that.

They have to hold their top position against their competitors on the market. So you have to invest.

So they are the number one 'supermarket' in your Country are they. Ours do that sort of thing infrequently, the only difference is they don't usually demolish them, instead they just install a load of new shelving and/or refrigerators, and sometimes remodel the entrance.
