I couldn't agree more on this operator being one of the best. I've seen few who operate as smoothly, and taking care of his machine. This 395 is new, and he's treating it with the care and respect that will definitely lessen unessary wear. He obviously knows that he operates one of, if not the finest CAT models made. As I've stated before, we waited for months to finally get to see these in service. What an awesome machine .... two passes, and the trucks are loaded. Kudos to this operator, to this beautiful machine and as always to MMC for the great camera work in this video.

There are operators and then there are PROFESSIONAL OPERATORS. This is not his first day on the job !!!! Note he rotates the bucket correctly to have a FULL bucket load👍👍

This is the 3 rd .time I have watched full length. Operator knows his machine and the machines operates to his controls nicely. Very Very SMOOTH operator fluid motion. This a classic example of man and machine in action. Very impressed !!! 👍👍👍👍🚚🚚🚚🚚

Good operator. Absolutely full bucket, does not muck around, gentle on the equipment, knows how to keep load towards back of truck so as to not overload truck front axles. Have not seen a better operator. Please pass my comments to owner of the business. Would like to see the operator get a pat on the back.
