Perusahaan biasanya butuh pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun pernah mengoperasikan unit, sertifikat training,SIM B2, itu yg dari skill, klo yg non skill ada pelatihan dulu, selama masih dalam masa training kita didampingi seorang trainer sampai benar2 bisa mengoperasikan sendiri , tergantung perusahaan nya brp wktu untuk kita ditraining
