Really nice sound off the engine ,and no heavy smoke!!..I used to work for Caterpillar, building D8H, D8K , D8L..and the D6C, D and E models in the 70's and 80's..a lot of those parts look so familiar.

Gotta think of that lump of steel. Take it down the grade is easy, not so easy getting back up.

@@evjone Hmmm very glad to read your kind update. Indeed I am 41now born n bred in Dammam KSA. I was highly inspired by my beloved late father in 1984 at age of 6. Who was mechanical engineer and those days I went along him at a yard of Consolidate Contractors Company CCC in Riyadh city of KSA in summer vacations just to make fun. Next day I was surprised to see a fleet of big yellow iron and inspired of numerous powerful sights and sounds of shiny yellow Caterpillar machines on designated job site. I sat on a seat of Caterpillar track type excavator obviously besides an operator. Who just made guidance to play with a joy stick of bucket might be of 245B hmmm. Very next year I moved to Lahore Pakistan along family. Here I started again my basic education and my father had to join local Caterpillar dealer in same profession. Besides my education and mechanical engineering degree in 2000. I always have had to get hands on experience and site traveling along my father as much as free time I had until completion of education along great enthusiasm in heavy diesel engine rebuild n troubleshooting. Especially after 2000 I made an interest in heavy engines besides construction equipment to Caterpillar power generation 3500 series. Eventually I am in passion of Caterpillar rough n tough most reliable diesel and natural gas engines rebuilding and troubleshooting for more than 20 years. Last year my beloved father had died at age of 75. Now I run my own rebuilt shop facility along team for site troubleshooting and parts inventory too. Thanks for reading 😎🎓🚩
