Justin Gulf oil came to California in the early 1960's when i started Junior College in Modesto they must track who enrolls because Gulf oil sent me a credit card without even applying for one my Dad had me use it and he paid the bill each month,he wanted me to build credit. Gas was 21¢ a gallon when i started driving in 1968. Gulf oil packed up ad left California in the mid 70's but theres still a soft spot in my heart for Gulf oil.

So had to drive 350 miles from oswego ny to Boston mass yesterday and home today.0nly 5-6 hours. I couldn't imagine driving 600 miles a day everyday. And dealing with Boston traffic! Truckers deserve more respect!

Happy Birthday Katie. Jesse's on the road to fetch a driver who's broken down. The air compressor is not functioning properly and he can't build any air in the tanks ir even managed to move. Jesse's on the way to bring him a new air system. The driver is like a hour's drive and they are working on it now and I asked if it's working and the driver's wife texted me a video of it working. They are attaching the stuff they had to take off. Lucky he broke at a rest area and they can use the bathroom to clean up.

I thought maybe Dogwoods, because up here in NJ and PA when the Dogwoods bloom? The Shad run starts strong in the Delaware River and the Flounder are in the bays and rivers before they head into the ocean. Both are spawning. Okay, now that the Piscatorial ( fishes) lesson is over, back to trucking. I would stay with the more local trips. Try to get connected directly to a few companies. Not eggs all in one basket dedicated. But even 1-2 "" Go To"" companies to fill in the gaps between the brokers. Truthfully, it should be the other way around. Brokers/ spot marketing should be filling in the slow days for your personal business. I always kid women about turning 29 again. Whether you're a woman or a man it goes fast enough.
