Where can I buy masama curry and what can I substitute. I made the soup with out curry and it is still good.

You can substitute it with curry powder. It will work just fine. The masama curry just gives thr soup a nice smell and color. Also makes it a tad spicy and sour. But the tamarind already makes it sour
