Basically what happened with Paula and Aaliyah was, Aaliyah told Paula that she was gonna contact catfish bc she was suspicious and after she was already in contact them paula was telling her she really is who she say she is and that it’s gonna be a happy ending. But when paula showed up she was revealed to actually be Nayonni (maybe Rayvon told her to pretend to be Paula but she didn’t) and Nayonni told the truth, so aaliyah was confused bc she actually thought she was Paula so Aaliyah wasn’t apart of the “lie” or whatever bc behind the scenes Rayvon kept saying she’s really Paula.
