Thank You! I have worked in a cardo-thoracis PCU seasonally in Naples, FL for 12 years. I am looking at transitioning into cath lab travel positions during my off season work and was hoping to find a "day in the life" video of what that looks like. I had a stent in my Widowmaker artery done thru my wrist didnt have to undress took bout 20/30 mns found to have a 95% blockage they queried a heart att but i was lucky i dont drink, smoke n not overweight they said i was not a typical case that was last August n now exercise daily n feel great ! Dont fear it its easy peasy !

I had this done in 2020 in Nov 29, 2020 that night and was very 🤫 😖 😮😢🎉❤❤❤❤. And it was put in my groin and wrist as well.

That’s exactly how mine went. I had no blockages thank good. It was a precautionary procedure after I had a choking incident and I had markers in my blood that made the hospital think I had a heart attack.

Most of the time this has nothing to do with how you eat , it’s an aging thing . I have to have this done and they said the aortic stenosis had nothing to do with food, but age..

Angiograms and catheterizations go into arteries to check and unclog arteries. Never veins.

Both ..veins for Rt heart cath or arteries for PCI Blockage in your coronary arteries depends on the procedure .. 🫀

My spouse and I refuse to go back for them to take us back alone. Also all procedure centers should have the new COVR or Modicine wear for these procedures. Before anyone says anything these were specifically developed by surgeons for their customers modesty. And we will not allow groin access. Wrist only.

I had this done in 2020 when I got COVID viruses in my body and I got the one that has use my wrist for the cath lab 🧪🧫 and the one who is a real scared 😨😳 and they gave me a med for anxiety and I felt better for the cath lab.

Yes the small needle 💉 hurts, 🤕🩸🤢🤮🤢 and I was given med to help not get sick 🤢🤮🤕🩸💔😘❤️.
