Thanks for watching, Tony! I personally prefer the Club Suite - it’s a more modern product. Also big fan of the sliding door but I have to say I really like the extra sleeping space Cathay Suite. What do you think? 😊 Can’t wait for the rollout of the new Cathay Aria suite! ✈️

Not even close. I have done 2k flights. NH and Jal always better. J on CX does not load all meals for J and no choice at times. Low status credits on 9 hour flights to SYD but at moment are reasonable price. Also take care of their frequent flyers before high level Oneworld. Hard to obtain refunds for downgrades which occur frequently. I pay my own way and have a choice. Surprisingly Xiamen MF superb carrier in region. Safe travels.

I know CX have been cancelling loads of flights over the past few months due to flight crew sickness/shortages - hope the situation gets better soon. Never flown with Xiamen by the way! @@comfytravels In the past CX is one of the best in the world. Mainly because of its multi ethnic FAs from SEA, India etc. The service is outstanding. HK was the western oriental city in Asia which westerners feel safe and in a way similar like at home with a twist of chinese culture. I always remember the phrase "HK..the heart of Asia". CX is like HK now. Western ppl. cannot relate to its new communist way of life. HK and CX become typically mainland chinese. Nothing special anymore or worth to fly to/with. I am sad I used to like flying CX before SQ etc. in Asia when flying regionally. Now I do not even consider flying with CX or fly to HK. Let us see what the future brings.

Been flying in 3 continents for the last 25 years in business class, sure CX is one of best airlines in the world. The upgraded business class seat is coming soon.

@@somethingisbaking2401 CX has obviously been struggling since 2017, but let's not forget how many times they've won the best airline award in the past decade... Also obviously been ranking highly consistently. SQ definitely has a leg over them in recent times (last 6 years or so).

You are correct about the airport though after living and working there for 17 years. Long walk to immigration if last flight arrivals. Everything smooth though. Inchon also great and gates closer from checkin.

Very efficient! Only thing to be careful of is very early morning flights during peak times. I happened to catch a very big group and almost miss my flight! South security gates are sometimes less crowded

Definitely not Asia's best. For the best, you have to look at carriers that offer the privacy of a suite. ANA for example.

Yes,I will. Many inconsistent experiences with CX over 25 years but J price pleasing and as all NH award seats are waitlisted for 12 months,a good alternative.I checked every day and free call US NH who are helpful. Always enjoy Japan but working of course different to relaxing travelling. Challenges await always but great we can travel safely with millions of employees around the world who are dedicated to this cause. Well done.
