Cathays business class is one of the most spacious of all, but their staff is not as friendly as Eva Airs or Singapore Airlines. Thank you for the nice video !

Did an around-the-world trip recently with Qatar & Cathay. QR has better meals and superb service but CX has dine on demand and better seats on the 777s than QR. I don't need better service as the seats are my #1 proirity.

Another awesome report you made here, looks like you had a nice flight! That mini Business cabin does look nice and cozy. How come you didn't get an amenity kit? The food looks alright, shame not all of it tasted that well. That burger does look nice and juicy though! Thanks again Brendan

Pity you didn't get the fries with that burger... I flew with Cathay P earlier this month (LHR-HKG-LHR) and that burger and fries was amazing.... I also like the Jurlique Lip Balm on Cathay P, it really works!!

AzureSteel having one extra kit is fine. Actually I had flight attendants who wrapped up unique amenity kits like on ANA in a gift bag and presented it to me at the end of the flight as a thank you. I would say it becomes inappropriate if you are asking for 3 or 4 extra kits.

Cathay Pacific and almost all of the asian airliners are far, far and far superior than the airliners from the west, including americans. Cost cutting is what they know and passengers know what cost cutting short changed them.

That is a 773 TRY FLYING CX on A350 which the business class is EVEN BETTER FOR LONG HAUL flight not on a SHORT HAUL. flight crew seems rushed and does not listen to anything,.

People need be warned Cathay Pacific will just tell lies. All to easy to make a big profit when you tell the customer one thing and then just go back on it some months later. They cost me 5 London Hong Kong returns. I even went to the head office and all the did was laugh. All in all a very bad experience they have had no interest in sorting any thing out as they have my money more Show less
