they were hiring in November, this month they have started with the interview process.

I will complete my bachelor in may so they require either bachelor degree or experiences (recruitment event will be also in may) Is that okay to carry a letter from the institute to the assessment day to prove that I will hold a degree in the near future?( take few months to obtain the transcript after the final exams though ) Will they accept it?

Last time when they hired in India, people who didn't have the degree certificates were asked to leave. Institution letter will not be valid however depending upon your performance and convincing skills they might allow you to give interview.

You can only for the Interview if you have the Invitation.

English Assessment scores will be announced in 1st round if you fail then they might ask you reappear for the English in the Interview.
