I flew CPA for the first time in December 2018. Round trip between ORD and HKG B-KPA there and B-KPF back. 64K both ways. I absolutely loved it and I think your review accurately reflects both of my experiences. Great video. Also, you just earned yourself a new subscriber. I look forward to watching your content!

"most 'exotic' destination is California" LOL. Do any airlines serve Hawaii from terminal 2? I have been to Terminal 5 when I flew from ORD to KHI via MAN and LHE on Pakistan International Airlines PIA. It seems alright. Tho IAH is my home airport, I still love LAX Tom Bradley Terminal And JFK Terminal 4. All those international airlines makes it quite the sight to behold. You should definitely try an international flight out of those terminals some day I also avoid the fruit salads served in-flight as well. They just aren't my thing. I noticed that East Asian tend to serve these alot. Only one out of my 7 meal services on Air China had a proper dessert...a matcha cake. Have they ever heard of a chocolate brownie smh. Tho the music makes it hard to listen to the ambiance of the aircraft and airports sounds, I enjoyed your humor, pleasant narrations, reasonable expectations and criticism. I feel like you can also be a great writer just based on your narrations. If you do have a blog for Aviation, do share it with us all, I would probably enjoy reading it!

Wow! Thank you for the nice comment and feedback! Last I checked all the Hawaii flights on United are out of terminal 1 and American has seasonal flights in the winter from terminal 3. So no one in terminal 2 lol. IAH is a really nice airport. I've been there once and was pretty impressed with how updated everything was. I'd love to fly out of LAX Tom Bradley. I've never been in that terminal, but we all know it's quite the sight! Not every Asian airline is known for it's consistency and quality of product (something I've heard China Airlines can struggle with). And that reliability and quality of product I think is part of what makes Cathay a good airline. Thanks for telling me that the music is disruptive and you want to hear more ambient sounds, I'll see what I can do in future videos! I don't have a blog for aviation, but that might not be a bad idea....

3-4-3 on 777 is a no-go.

They were one of the last 3-3-3 config 777s but finally succumbed to 3-4-3. Their ultra long haul routes were the last to be converted. Y Class meal portions seem to have shrunk too.

Nice video... This IFE has the dual plug and if using standard 3.5mm headphones, you might only get one channel sound. I'm also surprised their standard headphones are single plug...

I think part of the reason it's made that way is so two people can listen to the same thing at the same time. I saw a bunch of families doing that around me on that flight. But yeah, still surprising it was only one plug.
