Hi Cathe, great workout! But quick question? Can you do the hover squat, hover sit and hover stand on a stability ball? Or do you suggest using a chair?

I would suggest a chair first to get the mechanics down before adding stability challenge. After that, if you still want to use a stability ball, I suggest having the ball against the wall instead of freestanding. That way you get a little bit of the unstable environment to challenge your core (since your surface is soft) yet still a safer option as the ball won’t slip out from under you.
