On Tuesday, June 28th, St. Louise Catholic Church in Bellevue, Washington was defaced and had its doors smashed by a vandal who wrote wrote abortion and anti-Catholic messages on the church's property."

It does not surprise me that people who would support killing innocent children in the womb would also behave like this. If they would be so self-centered and so hateful toward an innocent child, it is not surprising that they would commit crimes of hatred against a church or anyone else. And, yes, I agree with the others: let's pray for this person from our hearts-because I'm thinking that this behavior of hatred could be mine, but for the grace of God. You misblt be limber and with stretching comes a more consistent weight loss and it is a more static exersion to the muscle even though very minimal compared to exercise ). And once you get your cardio up I'll show you how to do one strength training exercise that will finish off the rest of your training. This one might take a while if you are out of shape or over weight but it is still a good exercise for a full body calisthenics.
