Hey, you probably don't remember me but I sure remember you. I was a student at Prendie, my parents struggled to pay my tuition at times and I was kept from my studies anytime they fell behind in payments. You specifically sent for me with a call slip and pulled me from class to inform me of this and sent me home. I was a child, and yet I was the one that was penalized for my parents hardship. I'll never forget my first day of sophomore year as my dad took every last bill from his wallet and handed it over so I could get my roster and attend class. His eyes were red from holding back tears, and I was the one that was impacted by his sacrifice for my education. My family went hungry so I could learn, and not a soul cared. You "Catholics" only care about money, but love to preach about helping the poor. Jesus would be disgusted. Oh, and let's not forget the time you joined the high school girls basketball team on their away trip and got in the hot tub with them. That's not normal. For your sake, I hope you do better. But we all know you won't.

@@biancalough9327 I do remember you, Bianca and I also remember your dad. In fact, he helped me with some electrical work a couple of times. He is an honorable man, and I thought a lot of him. Just as there may be some aspects of your family life, of of which I was unaware, there are likely some aspects of making your education possible of which you are unaware. At the time, more than 40% of the students received financial aid. Even for those families paying full price, the tuition only covered about 70% of the actual cost of educating a student. The rest came through fundraising and donations from people who wanted to see others have a chance at a good education. Your dad and I both worked hard in our own ways to raise the funds so that you - and literally hundreds of others - could have that opportunity. I hope you look upon your Catholic education as a gift rather than with bitterness. Out of respect for your family, and their privacy, I will share no particular details in a public forum like this. However, since you are now an adult, you are welcome to learn more of the story if you wish. Send me an email at Fatherolson88@gmail.com if you have any questions. In the meantime, know that I said a prayer for you and your family today.
