No there is no day Ten but it would be nice to thank Our Lady on day 10 after the Novena. Even if what you asked for was not granted, you can be sure it is only because Our Lady knows better than us what we really need. So thank Her if the answer to your prayers is Yes or No on day ten.

I dont want to come across as someone who has special insights but I have made observations over the years. When my wife soothed and fed our infant children and rocked them over to sleep she would just smile at them as they rested in peace. When they came running to her with a sore knee having fallen, she would kiss it better and smile at them as they ran off to play again. She did not expect thanks she just smiled and was content at knowing they came running or cried out to to her for help when needed. What must the Mother of all Mothers be like? You can say any prayer that you wish to thank her, or you can just be at peace, or you can just run off into the cut and thrust of everyday life again; she will still smile upon you and be content that it was Her you turned to for help.
