Poor medical care for Caitlin, she didn't appear to have been seen by a physician regarding her eye injury. A abrasion to the front of the eye, needs to be looked at as soon as possible to ensure there is not a penetrating injury or a serious abrasion of the cornea. Usually a patient would be seen with a slit lamp and some fluorescein. An abrasion or puncturing wound is very painful and will degrade vision in the eye, making stereo vision difficult. This would make Caitlin's ability to judge distance to the hoop affected. Very strange that an injury that would impair Caitlin and Indiana Fever, happened within 90 seconds of the game.
