what are the numbers/letters sizing for womens small shirt logo?

A woman's small is C-11. I do always suggest measuring your first shirt because different brans can have different placements.

What size and type of backing are you using? Where do you get it from? Thanks?

For a performance wear shirt I like Madeira Performance Woven Cut away, 7.5x8" is the size I bought. You need 2 pieces and you to turn one piece a second direction. If you can get this a little larger it would be nice. 8x8.
